Dux's visit to the neverplast manufacturing plant

Dux Development visited the factory of the company's partner - Neverplast in Italy. Neverplast produces 4-season skating rinks and is working on the functional maintenance of the Lenmark Bakuriani skating rink. The "know how" of the cover, which allows us to ski in all 4 seasons, is patented by him. Nowadays, there are not many places for this type of skating track in the world, in Norway, Sweden, Estonia and Latvia, Dux Development will be the first to introduce this innovation in Georgia.

During the visit to the factory, the representatives of the company observed the production process and learned about the advantages of different types of coatings. They also experienced the pleasure of skating on an artificial surface.

Sliding on a special surface does not differ at all in terms of sensation from a snowy surface, even when falling it may seem softer than a frozen track. Although the 4-season coating is visually completely different from real snow, the structure of the artificial coating maintains its texture for 20 years, and the risk of scratching the ski surface is minimized.

Thanks to the tracks modeled by Neverplast, students learn to ski in sports lessons in Bergamo schools.

The track cover comes in three different types: NP30, NP50 and NP70.

NP 30 is the most advanced technology the company offers for skiing and snowboarding. It is also easy to maneuver and is certainly intended for both experienced and beginner skaters. It can be laid on all types of surfaces since it is homogeneous and compact.

The NP 50 is specially designed for Nordic-style skating, both freestyle and classic technique, in any weather or season. With Np50 it is possible to do your favorite sport in sports centers, in the middle of the city or the mountains.

Thanks to the modular design of the NP 70, it is easy to lay and install on any surface. Used in both windy and sunny areas. With the help of a specific shape, it removes any debris from the surface and solves the problem that is created by laying new snow for skiing.
