"House in Ortachala" is a completed project of Dux Development, which is located in V. Gorgasli N75, in the quietest area of Old Tbilisi.
The project has 8 floors, 1-2 floors are dedicated to commercial space and the remaining 6 floors are residential.
Based on the fact that one of the priorities of our company is to take care of the residents, we decided to dedicate the first floor of the commercial space to the "Nikora" supermarket, which was met very positively by our residents, and in addition to the residents, this decision was also a reason for the satisfaction of the entire district.
